The best thing about this is that they are always there when you need them, so no hassle of calling or emailing each time! Sometimes I get an error message saying "This site can't be reached" but if i just refresh my page everything looks fine again :) Nothing really bad as far as customer support goes - sometimes things work out great (as in fast response times) other days its not quite what u expect from someone who's supposed help solve your problems :). Its good because all queries/questions answered within minutes without wasting too much energy doing research myself first before asking questions online like most companies do nowadays..
