Lies and deception
This scale measures weight correctly, but the body composition data is completely wrong and misleading. Don't think this is the correct reading of your body. I compared it to an industrial fat composition meter at my local YMCA. When I analyzed the fat composition in my body, it was almost 10% lower. However, do not expect such a scale to be correct. If you want to use it to track your weight, that's fine, but don't rely on the body composition results as it's dead wrong.
