The support team has been awesome! They are always readily available if you have any questions or concerns, which makes my life easier when I need help with something that may be beyond their expertise (which doesn't happen often).

Also it's very easy for me as someone who does not understand tech stuff like databases etc., but needs them in order run this software correctly because of its huge size/volume requirements-to get these from another provider would cost double what they charge here.-The price we pay isn't bad at all considering how much time our clients save every month by having only valid email addresses added into bulk mailing lists where previous providers left thousands off list due lack of care regarding validity rules & privacy settings /etc.
