Looks good, but I had to change the ribbon. He just kept falling. It would be better if they add more tape after the screw holes on both sides. Since I didn't use screws, I just covered them. Looks good and now holds my manual transmission with no problems. Update: Permanent Drop had to add tape over double sided tape on both sides to hold the index. You need to enlarge the upper lip. Should be about the same size as the protruding part of the headset holder. It tends to lean backwards due to the weight, which applies a direct force and tears the tape.
