We ended up getting the calipers working, I ordered a right hand and a left hand for the Tahoe '04. I received the calipers and immediately noticed that the pins do not slide in and out of the mount smoothly. I had to use a drill to clean out the holes in the caliper bracket so the pins were slick enough with lube to keep them from sticking. The restoration process appeared to have been done in the dark, with many burrs and metal shavings around the machined surfaces and contact points. They've been installed for almost a month, no problems so far. Just tell the sage you might want to check how loose your pins are and give them some extra lube/
