Review on Kingston HyperX FURY 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 CL9 DIMM - Red (HX313C9FR/4) by Michael Rodas

I would rate it 3.5 stars if I could memory. Pros: This RAM automatically forces many boards to run at higher RAM frequencies, up to 1866MHz for this set. The price isn't higher than RAM, for the most part. Cons: RAM itself isn't that great when it comes to timing and latency. The set I received had an additional flaw: one of the two bars didn't work, but Revane took it back and refunded my payment quickly and painlessly, so no star deduction for that. Note: I later bought another set of HyperX FURY (Red 1866MHz), both sticks worked fine and ran at the higher 1866MHz without changing the BIOS settings. Tests for this pair were also somewhat lackluster despite the higher frequency. no need for the auto sync feature.
