Have been using this system for 3 years now. I have replacement filters in my calendar as described. I save so much money on bottled water and the water tastes amazing. My 7 year old son is now spoiled and refuses to drink water from the school fountain and takes a bottle of water because the taste is so much better. Note. Before replacing, be sure to drain the water from the storage tank and turn off the water supply to the system. I neglected this once and the water pressure caused the system to "crack" when I removed and installed a new filter and cracked the first one I had 5 years ago. It also makes sense to empty the reservoir from time to time.
