I have ordered and used remanufactured cartridges elsewhere and have had no problems. When I needed to order more they sold out so I ordered here and they had a 4 star rating. I was taking photos for my neighbor when I needed to put in a new color cartridge. He wet the photo paper. The photo I took with the previous cartridge was sharp and clear. This one was blurry. As if that wasn't enough, I got a 'cartridge failed' error message, checked it, put it back in and got a message that my printer needed 'user intervention'. Pulled that out. I ordered 3 double packs, one soaked, one failed, fingers crossed for the third. I will not order from here again.
