They can’t do metric
I'd love the quality of the item but it’s useless. I ordered the smallest size available — Toddler 10-12, (18 cm) — and I received a pair of 25.5 cm long insoles. The photo proves that I measured correctly, and the label on the packaging shows I received what I’d ordered. Cutting the insoles shorter is a no-go since all I’d be left with is the arch support zone under my child’s entire sole. Now, knowing that it’s the smallest size they have, it’s pointless to get another pair. I called customer service but outside of shady rebate and voucher offers I never got to speak to anyone before the line cut off. Best Buy customer service, though, was great, I’m getting refunded.
