Easy installation No noticeable improvement but better airflow and some sound looks and sounds better under the hood in combination with my Borla S/Type i exhaust really good on my 03 mustang gt // cons // but be careful, after i washed the car water was collecting under the air filter, also my air filter was damaged in places, i would recommend a hydroprotector over your filter, just to be safe i could get a few Drilling holes under the filter so it can drain when it rains // would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the damaged filter. I got this style to avoid water problems due to punctures in the wheel wells. They worked in the lower mount of the shield.
