Review on 50 Cal Caliber Bullet Style Antenna For Chevy - Silverado (2007-2021) Exterior Accessories by Richard Cunningham

This review is based on a 2018 Chevy Silverado. I bought this antenna to replace a smaller, not so good cylindrical antenna I bought earlier that was about half the price and about the size of a 338 Lapua. This new antenna would not have been installed on my truck if I didn't have the old antenna. My truck required a female to female adapter/spacer which did NOT come with this new antenna but did come with the old smaller round antenna. In addition, this antenna performs much better when receiving radio signals and looks much better. In addition to a description of my truck, I got one so I didn't have to remove my long antenna every time I went through a car wash. The projectile (blue part) wobbles a bit and is held in place by a strong retaining spring. I believe this is done in such a way that the colors of the balls can be easily swapped out. If you have the right female-to-female adapter, this antenna is worth the money.
