Review on New Nikon 18-105mm Vibration Reduction 📷 Zoom Lens with Auto Focus for Nikon DSLRs by Bhavin Tharwani ᠌

The product is average, I'm not sure it's worth the money.

Good lens for a beginner. But I already regret that I didn’t initially take fifty kopecks to my D90, I fell for the zoom and for “universality”. The price of versatility is the complete absence of a beautiful picture. This glass can completely discourage the person who bought the first DSLR from hunting and shooting it. The disappointment is huge (I had, at least). Then I quickly threw it off, bought an old 35-70, then a brand new 16-85, then a fifty kopeck 1.4, and life got better))) Yes, and when buying, be sure to test the kit lens, a large percentage of lenses with back focus. Before I found a normal copy, I rejected two pieces.

Pros
  • + accurate and fast autofocus + sharp enough for almost all FRs + FR versatility + price ( in whale )
Cons
  • - color rendition - the colors of the picture are gray-blue-green - the picture is boring, the volume and plastics are zero - there is no background blur as a class (and no need to say that there is basically no bokeh on all zooms, I compared, I know) - the presence of VR is not felt - dark

Has pros: very fast, clear, sharp, light. Different cons: what can I say this is entry-level optics.

With its pros. Regarding the universal FR. There is an image stabilizer. Cons below: After half a year of use, everything began to backlash. AF is very slow.
