After reading reviews of Mcbazel Arcade Game VGA RBGS RGBSHV to HDMI Game Video Output Converter and Mcbazel Arcade Game RGB/CGA/EGA to VGA HD Game Video Converter, I decided to buy both - hoping that one of them would work. Niter did. Of the two cards, the video from this one was completely useless. Artifacts and missing lines. I rewired it twice, trying to connect two different PCBs with two different JAMMA harnesses. The output video looked the same for each test. This card wasn't able to convert RGBSHV into anything usable. I returned both converters and went the other way. From all the bad reviews about these boards, I cannot recommend this product.
