They are comfortable and feel like your slippers. I have severe lymphedema and shoes are always either tight due to swelling or very uncomfortable and difficult to put on. This is a good solution. Those aren't that bad, the insoles move and clump. Also, they are not stable on their feet and move and slide very easily. I recommend anyone with foot injuries, lymphedema, edema, diabetes, neuropathy and ulcers to get other shoes, it's dangerous. These are cheaper quality shoes compared to something in a medical supply store. For someone on a budget these are adequate but I would recommend spending the extra money and getting something of a higher quality.
