I first bought the popular Lepow portable monitor here at Revain. It was a miserable mistake as the HDMI port had a compatibility issue with two of the four devices I tested it with and even tried different cables just to be 100% sure. Annoyingly, there was nothing at all to attach the case/stand to the Lepow monitor, which meant that not only could it slide in and out of the case easily, but it also ran the risk of breaking. I even thought about putting self-adhesive Velcro on the back of the Lepow monitor. I returned Lepow and bought this monitor. This works great with all the devices I've tested. Also, the cover/stand actually has 2 thumbscrews that secure the cover to the back of the monitor, unlike the Lepow which can slide in, around and out of the body/stand and just tip over and snap as many complain. with their portable monitors. Finally, the Lepow has no screw holes on the back so you have absolutely no mounting options, while the VESA mounts on this model give me endless mounting options. than the Lepow, and that it emits a slight hum every time it turns on or wakes up from standby.
