I found these pans very shiny; they were like mirrors when they were new. However, I immediately noticed that the sharp edges curled up on the sides of the pan. The edges weren't folded far enough so I'm afraid food will get stuck in there and I won't be able to pull them off let alone cut myself. The first use was ok. They held up as expected. However, on the second use, the pans warped from the heat. This indicates that the metal is too thin. I do not recommend this.
