Great product - makes keeping accurate directory up-to date much easier!!

The ease in which I can add new contact information to my database. It is also very easy for me as an admin to change or delete records. Sometimes it takes several tries before you are able to get the correct record added. When adding contacts from different sources such as emails or phone numbers, sometimes it will not update correctly until you refresh your page. This happens when there has been activity since our last sync was completed. Try this if you have employees who work remotely and want them easily accessible via call center/contact centers and other customer facing applications they use daily! We have eliminated many issues we used to experience by using cloud voice infrastructure for employee communications.
