Great product - makes keeping accurate directory up-to date much easier!!

The ease in which I can add new contact information to my database. It is also very easy for me as an admin to change or delete records. Sometimes it takes several tries before you are able to get the correct record added. When adding contacts from different sources such as emails or phone numbers, sometimes it will not update correctly until you refresh your page. This happens when there has been activity since our last sync was completed. Try this if you have employees who work remotely and…
