Update: (5 months later) Finally the caller ID shows the name if it is stored on the SIM card. Not from the phone book. You will need to use a different phone to do this. Even their tech support didn't get it. Otherwise it works fine :) -------------------------------------------------------- - --------- -------- ----- This is another SeTracker2 watch/phone. The watch does not display names from the phone book to identify the number of the caller, only the phone number. Very bad documentation. Lots of features that our daughter discovered. The app has many ads. The app is buggy and often freezes. No, you cannot use any other application. The location is accurate unlike previous watches. The battery lasts all day (68% after school). Basically everything works as advertised. This is not user friendly. If you're willing to play around and find out, this is a decent device. We don't have a better option.
