Review on RockRose Portable Transmission Rejection Spectrum by William Dean

I bought a car out of state and had to pass a state inspection before putting the car on permanent registration. The car was delivered tinted. I bought this to measure as the control point told me they will skip it if it is >30% VLT. The meter indicated 31-34% VLT. When I took it in for inspection, the condition meter (required for MOT approval) read 27%. I understand the different sizes etc but it was a 4-7% discount. So not happy with that. At least now I know what to expect if I buy a tinted car again.
