Good mirror with reasonable extension and viewing range but the handlebar mounted mirror hinge is a weak point and broke at the hinge point when I rolled over a deep hole. While the hinge pin is aluminum, the actual hinge pin pivots on a thin section (0.080" or 1/16"+) of nylon/fiber extension. I have noted the two year warranty and will be contacting the seller in hopes of getting a replacement extension or full mirror. It would be a shame to throw away this beautiful mirror for such a small issue. UPDATE MAY 9, 2020: Hello to the seller who sent me a replacement mirror back in November 2019. The clamp has since endured 1500 miles of driving. then it is not clear whether the previous mirror holder was defective or did not withstand a strong impact. Nice bike mirror and I hope it lasts a long time.
