I'm glad I heard so many reviews that they are a bit small. I'm a fairly reliable size 6 and bought a 7 for the perfect fit. I really like the thickness of the rubber on the sole of this shoe. I go to yoga classes and run through peloton on rubber. Even barefoot, if I didn't go downstairs, my feet slipped. By the way, the flooring is rubber (3/8 inch thick and great for heavy equipment like the Peloton Tread and the commercial True elliptical), but my feet stay in these boots while I'm doing the poses. Like many others, I agree that they don't have an arch support. I can't imagine walking around in them all day when I'm on my feet, cooking, cleaning etc. I think they serve their purpose great and I would consider wearing them on a plane or for a walk wear. a long car ride just for comfort, but to me they really are for yoga and a barre.
