I bought 5 of these switches and they are great quality. I love the backlights and they come with a pre-wired harness to connect to the back of the switch. You'll need to cut a hole and file a little to get it right. You then simply connect to power, ground and the switched output. The first time I had the top of the switch on all the time and not the bottom - the easy fix was just swapping out the switchable output and power wires. For the price it's the best you can get. Would recommend her without hesitation.
