Needed just the plastics to replace the case on a 2004 Subaru remote that had fallen with my keyring and snapped the plastic shaft that holds the remote's ring in place entirely off - a frequent point of failure. This fit the bill adequately, but unlike other reviewers, I didn't receive any screws, just the tiny attaching ring. Fortunately I had been able to find the screw that came undone during the fall. The fit of the old remote guts and the seal when closed wasn't perfect, but again was adequate. I also reused the buttons from the old non-OEM remote because the ones included here seemed duller in color. Might or might not buy this particular model again, especially given that it's apparently hard to predict exactly what hardware will come with it. 3.5 stars rounding up to 4.
