Visually it is very similar to Ford but has no logo on the back. And key clicks are off. They just don't click like Ford's. You have to press HARD and sometimes 2 times for it to work. Still looking for a decent replacement

I am so thankful for this product it has literally saved me so much money. After my first key died and the back broke off, I figured I'd be screwed if I lost my spare key. It was a great way for me to turn my old spare key into a brand new one! Works and fits my Ford Fusion Hybrid perfectly!

This is the best imaginable for an aftermarket product of this nature. I connected the 'button side' of the new tag to my original 'Ford side' and it matched the watertight gasket nicely. Functionally, it now works perfectly. Very pleased, especially regarding the $170 Ford replacement.

So the keychain comes as a case with an internal key which you can cut to duplicate your original stash key if you have one, but overall the keychain is just a replacement for a cracked or broken key fob and you have to put the original parts in these new ones. It looks original and works great and I will definitely buy another one if I need it. Excellent purchase.

easy installation. I just took parts from the original and put them in a new shell. Looks good and works perfectly. There is a small scratch on the keychain. If you look closely you can see it, but personally I don't care. I recommend buying. To update. The thing is very thin. Nothing has ever fallen and the clip was completely cut off. I think you get what you pay for.

Item as described and a great replacement case for the price. I haven't had any issues with batteries falling out due to poor installation as others have described. Removed innards from the old case and installed them in the new case with no problems. Keep in mind that this is not an OEM case, but it is a very good replacement if you damage the original. I recommend everyone to try this case before buying a new OEM key fob.

Although the case looks exactly like the original you will be replacing (no Mustang logo or Ford logo on the back), button membrane stack, circuit board and batteries from the Original remote control in this case causes a significant headache.
