Strong enough to open even the heaviest insulated garage doors. Wi-Fi allows you to open the door from the other side of the country if needed. When using the phone app, the opening lights will flash and an audible alarm will sound to alert anyone nearby that the door is about to open. Don't worry, this alarm only sounds when the door is opened or closed via WiFi. You can also control how it opens and closes, letting you know if and when someone has been in your garage. Battery backup is great, especially if you have other skills and have a power outage. You can still open the door up to 50 times! WOW! Comes with an external wall keypad for people you trust to enter the pin code and give the pin code. Comes with two very small and beautiful high quality remote controls. And finally the lighted wall panel in the garage which has a light switch to turn on only the lights as well as a lock switch that disables ALL means of opening the gate until turned on again.
