Screen protectors are supplied in a cardboard sleeve with instructions on the back. After reading the instructions and cleaning the screen with the cloth that came with it, I stuck the protective film on. After smoothing it out with the included squeegee, I ended up with about a billion little bubbles. Looking closely, I discovered that there was a speck of dust in the center of all but two. Filled with righteous outrage, I prepared to write a devastating review and return the screen protectors. As I was repacking the envelope, an unnoticed insert caught my eye. With letters I could read without reading glasses, this insert was the answer to all my problems. "For installation help, go to". and one of those newfangled QR code tricks that took me straight to their installation videos. Looks! extra step. Use masking tape to collect lint and dust particles left after cleaning the device screen with the provided cloth. After removing the first screen protector and cleaning the screen, I put on a new screen protector and only had a few blisters. But wait. The video also covers this. After doing the procedure shown in the video, I was left with just two huge blisters. Still, it's not the manufacturer's fault. My computer has a "frameless" design that is completely smooth throughout. There are two stickers in the bottom corners of my screen announcing the presence of an HDMI port and some Wacom technology. This is where things get a little more complicated. I found a sharp stationery knife, carefully peeled the decals from the screen, carefully removed the remaining adhesive and lowered the protective film into place. Finally! The protective film was completely attached to my laptop. Is that the only problem? The cutout for the camera "smoothed out" the underside of the lens. After checking the camera using the camera app, I found that this wasn't an issue. To avoid this problem, when attaching the protective film, try to start from the bottom corner of the screen so that the camera cutout is as low as possible. Now, after fully deflating, I began to actually use the computer. So far I'm very happy with it. The computer screen had a very glossy surface that showed fingerprints and reflections. The screen protector's matte finish shows only the toughest smudges (pro tip: don't use the touchscreen while eating glazed donuts) and eliminates glare. Thus, it is an excellent screen protector. This solved two of my biggest problems, glare and fingerprints. The material appears to be of excellent quality and its static cling holds up well to repeated repositioning. Defects? Everything between the left and right ear. Take the time to inspect ALL the contents of the envelope and watch the video.
