To be honest I was initially hesitant to use a metallic callus remover. That's because I used stone. But now I think that's why I had to switch to Metal. Try something new and different. The stone ones didn't work, but this metal one seemed to do everything they couldn't. I like how it's ergonomic and rinses well. I am planning to buy one for my mother; so she stops using mine.
