I have very dry cracked heels and came across this product. When I received it I was so excited. Most reviews said to use it on feet after bathing or soaking, which I did. However it worked, I wasn't very impressed. After 2 weeks I tried again without soaking my feet and found it much easier to use and got great results. Works as described and intended. The scraper comes with a blade and 3 additional spare blades (4 total). The file is not too coarse, but not too thin either - definitely in the Goldy Lock range. My feet had very large calluses and these were removed and filed well. It's durable and with replaceable blades it will last a while, but if I ever needed a replacement I would buy it again.

To be honest I was initially hesitant to use a metallic callus remover. That's because I used stone. But now I think that's why I had to switch to Metal. Try something new and different. The stone ones didn't work, but this metal one seemed to do everything they couldn't. I like how it's ergonomic and rinses well. I am planning to buy one for my mother; so she stops using mine.
