An easier and faster solution thanks
I love how they have so many ways to communicate with their customers, it's very convenient! They are solving my problems of having an easy way for me as well as other people who don't know English or Spanish that can still use them without any issues at all.
It has been great because we now make more money from our ads than before using this platform. The only thing about this service i dislike was when you're looking through your account there isn't anything showing what categories you've used recently which makes finding things harder sometimes but overall its really good!!
Pros
- Great customer support
- Very helpful if something goes wrong.
- Easy communication between employees/customers via chat function in website (or by phone)
- Many languages available including spanish too :)
Cons
- Sometimes hard getting hold off some managers
- Not enough translations into different language
