Still learning how to use. I went to the store to buy coarse coffee and it wasn't easy to find in my small rural town but we have Starbucks in the grocery store so they grind a pound for me. The first time I used it the water wasn't warm enough so I had to put the coffee mug in the microwave to heat it more, but that was my fault, not the product. The product worked exactly as described and very easy and I had this wonderful cup of coffee my sister made for me. I love it. Convenient size, easy to use to brew different strengths of coffee. I prefer a medium blend but my husband likes a rich blend so after making my mug I just made his mug which he loved too.
