I've tried many different running shoes over the years. This is my second pair of ON shoes. I sincerely believe they are the best. I highly recommend them. I no longer run long distances. 2-2.5 miles 6 days a week. But they held up very well. I weighed 300 pounds when I got my first pair. Now I'm second and my weight is down to 232. In other shoes I could really feel it in my knees. That helped a lot. Not to say it got rid of knee pain, but it definitely helped. Now at 232 I have no more knee pain. I think they played a big role. As long as they keep making them, they will be the only shoe I wear to run. I've tried Nike, Addidas, Asics, Under Armor and Brooks Weee Weee in previous shoes, hope this helps. Thanks to ON, you have a lifetime customer.
