Don't buy this fan! Terrible customer service

It was a great looking fan but the problem is that it turns itself off after about 8-10 hours! Turns on, but shouldn't just turn off! I tried twice to contact the seller but no response. Don't buy this ceiling fan if you don't like it turning off! Terrible customer service, not a good Revain supplier
