So I finally hooked up a 50 watt solar panel to my 1000 watt battery. Now my WiFi runs entirely on solar power (router, modem and network switch). So if the power goes out, I still have internet. However, it seems that on a cloudy day the power is very low, say 10-15 watts on a 50-watt panel. Not bad, but not great either. If it falls below this level, it stops working. My 1000Wh battery shows 700Wh when my WiFi is under constant load. If I don't have any sun at all, that means it lasts almost 30 days, which is nice. The panel is larger than I expected but still looks good. Consider getting 200W and getting a combiner adapter to get 250W input power. This will help power a couple of lamps, a refrigerator and a pump for pumping out for a while. It would also help to keep the 1000wh battery fully charged, but I would also have to buy a 3000wh battery to last more than 2 days. While satisfied!
