If you already have a spare bottle cage, at first glance this holder seems to work well; Simply attach the cage with the included screws and washers. The bracket is designed for mounting on handlebars from 22 mm. I was concerned it wouldn't fit snugly around my small bars, but so far so good. The water bottle angle can be adjusted arbitrarily. I haven't had it long enough to see if it lasts. The plastic appears to be of good quality, but the hinge mechanism that wraps around the handlebars is lighter than some of its competitors and doesn't grip well on bumpy roads.
