Exactly what I needed! The mount had a tendency to "slip" over rough terrain, so I took another reviewer's advice and cut a piece off an old bike tire to make a spacer. Cut the tube to the width of the bracket and long enough to wrap around the bike tube. Ideal! The mount is solid and doesn't move at all! Rigid mount, no plastic parts (except gaskets included). Someone asked if it rotates 360°. Yes, but in 90˚ increments. D rather not. In general I like it. My only gripe is that while it had two disc sizes, it didn't have a flat rubber insert for the larger handlebar. The clamp fits my stem but is too big to use any of the spacers that come with it. An extra thin spacer between the clamp and the handlebars would be nice. Luckily I have some left over from another product I found.

Excellent attachment system. Well made and very durable. Just remember that if you use it in the handlebar position, everything is fine. When used in the seatpost position, the pivot point must be rotated 90 degrees. Configuration is not possible in this position and absolute dead center position.
