Not good! doesn't cook the garlic properly!
I'm a chef with years of experience and styles: American, Mexican, Portuguese, Asian. I use a lot of garlic and only fresh, good quality, nothing from the bottle. Well, maybe some garlic salt! I thought this device might save time chopping, I don't like cleaning my garlic press so I mostly use one of my french knives. I was dying to try "Rocker" and dammit, I was disappointed! I'm a 240 lb male with good upper body strength, but I was only able to slip half of each clove through the small holes and the rest was left smashed on my cutting board! PASS THIS!
