It was meant to be a straightforward do-it-yourself job, but thanks to RockSeed, it became a living nightmare instead. It sounded like this company could provide trustworthy tools and materials for do-it-yourself aficionados like myself, so I couldn't wait to give them a try. But as soon as I started working on my project, I noticed how worn out and broken the instruments were, and I had to start over. This not only caused a delay in the completion of my project but also resulted in additional charges that were not necessary. The fact that the goods I bought were of a low quality made the situation even worse. Just a few days after the paint had been applied, it had already begun to flake off, and the wood panels that I had purchased were deformed and uneven. After everything was said and done, I was handed an unfinished and unacceptable job that I was unable to rescue. When I called RockSeed to voice my concerns, the customer care representative on the other end of the line was unhelpful and uncaring. They didn't provide any options and instructed me to just "deal with it." Their lack of concern and professionalism astounded me, and I was outraged by it. In the end, I had to go to a separate business in order to get the appropriate equipment and materials to accomplish my project. Never in a million years would I suggest RockSeed to anyone looking for a dependable business partner for their do-it-yourself endeavors. Their products, including their tools and supplies, are of poor quality, and their customer service representatives are unhelpful and unpleasant. Stay away from the catastrophe, and search elsewhere for a dependable business partner.
