Asked about the RS-422 protocol. Unfortunately, the seller has no information. There is a port but there doesn't appear to be any supported remote monitoring of this device. I returned it. It is also a positive earth. This is for the remote radio site and the radios are negative grounded and the antenna shield connections are also grounded. This would also be a problem as I would need to insulate the solar panel mounts from the ground. So I returned this unit and bought a more expensive negative ground Epever with a documented RS-422 communications protocol.
