Review on SyncApps by Fernando Hudson

The best part of syncapps is its customisable API which makes it easy for developers in creating their own plugins or apps that are used by large organisations like ours (about 500+ users). I would say there were some bugs with synchronising data from our email marketing tool into sales force but they have fixed them quite quickly after we reported about such issues via support ticketing system. There was no major issue while working as an admin with this product so far other than minor downtime here ndthere due date changes etc., when i had too much work at hand! It's one stop solution if you wan't all your information synced across different applications without having separate tools/products installed locally!! We use to manage customer communications through emails sent out daily to customers.
