It's great to use as an all-inclusive online system so we don't have documents duplicated among different databases/filing systems within our organization! All fields are user friendly, search is fast & easy!! We do not need any help from other employees if anything because it handles everything itself via web browser or mobile app with ease. Nothing at this time for me but maybe having more specific options regarding certain areas such like adding attachments (photos), ability better track changes made by others etc can be helpful too. ! The documents are easy to fill out, it's really simple for anyone with little knowledge about incorporation or LLCs! There is nothing I dislike so far - everything works perfectly as expected. It would be great if you could upload your own logo instead of using one from their library; however this can't hurt anything at all. This software has helped us organize our paperwork very well by providing templates which makes filling them out quick and easy.
