Their customer support is top notch, friendly people who are willing to go above & beyond for their clients! Incfile is a great place to file documents online. I recently filed an amendment and it took less than 30 minutes to complete. I was able to upload my documents and create a PDF for a business partner to print and file into the database. I was not able to upload scans of paper documents which is a little annoying, but that is probably a limitation of the system. I had no issues with Incfile. With IncFile, we can file our articles with ease without ever leaving an address or phone number behind. Everything is uploaded and stored online so it's always accessible via computer. File uploads are quick and easy as well. It's great to use as an all-inclusive online system so we don't have documents duplicated among different databases/filing systems within our organization!
