Got this for a ten year old girl's birthday party using tie dye as a fun addition to the t-shirts. It seemed like a good price for 12 hair ties and 12 headbands. well versed in silk painting and fabric dyeing, and I gotta tell you - scrunchies soaked up paint well, as did cotton t-shirts, but the headbands aren't cotton - or cotton enough to hold the color at all - they all came a solid blue. The stitching and the finishing of the elastics aren't perfect, but considering the price and the purpose I wanted them for, it's ok. consider when buying and price. You should only get hair ties cheaper – headbands are useless for dyeing and are badly sewn anyway.
