I bought this as something small and cheap for a bookshelf. I have an amazing $300 turntable that is too big for the space I wanted. To be honest, I didn't have high hopes for the price. Just let me say how lucky I am. Set up was very easy, the sound is amazing for the price and it looks great. It's a lot lighter than most turntables, which is actually a good thing. I am definitely very happy with this purchase! Please note that the sound quality is clearer than the normal player. There isn't much warmth in the vocals. It's still worth it!
