Very disappointed with the quality of these DII potholders. Have bought DII in many colors in the past but not recently. They weren't the best, but they were good. Just when you think you can rely on a brand, the manufacturer lets you down! Should have known for a lower price and read the 1 star reviews. Terry cloth in particular is very tough, rough and there are already tablets straight out of the packaging! The hanging loop is much smaller and poorly attached, causing it to twist. Others have mentioned the shrinking and melting!? Such a shame!
