Terrible! Washing not paid!

Only washed once! Loved the colors and worked great but was ready to unravel after just one wash. Completely disappointed. The towels from the same company were also wasted. Not that they were very hot to me. Photos before and after washing! Terrible!

Obviously not 100% cotton; At normal oven temperature the hem has melted in several places

This product claims to be 100% cotton but it is NOT. Terry cloth and padding can be, but the brim is made of nylon or a similar synthetic material. It melted around the edges from contact with the cookware at normal oven temperatures (e.g. 325 F, not extreme at all). Several customers reported the same issue, but this company somehow manipulated the reviews to keep the average rating of 4.5 stars. The best rating (1 star) is true. 100% MELTING!

DII cotton terry gloves set of 3 - BAD PRODUCT! ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!

Very disappointed with the quality of these DII potholders. Have bought DII in many colors in the past but not recently. They weren't the best, but they were good. Just when you think you can rely on a brand, the manufacturer lets you down! Should have known for a lower price and read the 1 star reviews. Terry cloth in particular is very tough, rough and there are already tablets straight out of the packaging! The hanging loop is much smaller and poorly attached, causing it to twist. Others…

Seller responds to attorney's criticism

Label says 100% cotton but coating melts and sticks on contact with hot surfaces (rest of oven mitt is fine). Other customers have pointed out this exact problem and taken photos. I sent a message to DII expressing my concern that their material label was inaccurate and how dangerous it is to put synthetic material on anything intended to touch hot surfaces. There are 3144 reviews. Mine is 3145. Why rate when there are so many reviews? I don't know, except I've been looking for some old plain oven mitts recently and couldn't find any blue ones, or if blue it was silicone.
