Seller responds to attorney's criticism
Label says 100% cotton but coating melts and sticks on contact with hot surfaces (rest of oven mitt is fine). Other customers have pointed out this exact problem and taken photos. I sent a message to DII expressing my concern that their material label was inaccurate and how dangerous it is to put synthetic material on anything intended to touch hot surfaces. DII never directly replied to my message, instead their LAWYER called me directly. I interpreted that as scaremongering, which was really weird.
