So after reading the brief instructions they give you on the Revain site. I've done the following and it always says "Can't Recognize" for all colors. So I read some reviews and noticed someone said their cartridge wasn't recognized so she changed the cartridge and it worked. I did exactly that and only 1 yellow and 1 black worked. It would be great if all of them worked. Print quality was good after I left and had to spend $45 to get a black and color pack so I could print. waste of money and time.
