I ordered a refurbished system last week, the desktop arrived today. I connected all the cables and the monitor and turned on the computer. The Windows 10 login screen appeared. I didn't have a password so I called their company, they walked me through it and concluded that there was an error installing the operating system. They asked me to return the device, I sent it back and ordered the same device again. The next day I received another device, connected all the cables and the desktop would not turn on. I called again and they said it looks like the power cord is bad. I am currently processing a refund for this second device. While I spent about 4 hours ordering, return, order again, call support.
