The product is easy to use and does what it is supposed to. However, removing all the hair in one place takes so much time. I was expecting minimal pain, so it's more of a pain tolerance issue. And I knew I had to do multiple passes over the same spot, but to do a calf strip it took me an hour to do everything in the same spot. I don't know about you, but I don't have that much free time every time my hair grows back. But I will say that I think this is an issue with epilators in general, not just this product. . And your skin will most likely be irritated after use, but that will go away in the next day, so don't use it on the day you want to go hairless. In general everything is fine. The issues with the product are natural and not specific to this product, which is why it's only deducting one star.
